Reservations are highly recommended.We accept walk-ins when we have a table that is not reserved.

Reservations

Reservations are required. Please read below carefully for reservation

We accept reservations by phone call only between 4:30pm and 9:30pm, Wednesday through Sunday, and we accept reservations up to two weeks in advanced.

For a party of 1 to 4 guests, SEATING AT THE SUSHI BAR OR A TABLE WILL BE DECIDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Parties with children (5years and under) will be seated at the table only.

Party of 5 to 8 guests will enjoy Hiroyoshi service at the table only.

We WILL NOT accept parties over 8 guests and we DO NOT split tables for big party.

Sushi Hiroyoshi has a two hour dining time limit.

There is 15 minutes grace time for your reservations. If you are running late, please call 702-823-2110 or you will lose your reservation.

If you cannot honor your reservation, please call ahead of time to cancel your reservation. We will not take any cancelation fees, but last minute cancelation and no-shows are quite disruptive to us since we have very limited seats.

Allergy

Please be advised that food prepared and served at Sushi Hiroyoshi contains FISH,SHELLFISH,WHEAT,GLUTEN,SOYBEAN,TREE NUTS,SESAME,EGGS and MILK.

Due to the specially prepared food with Japanese culture influences, many items on the menu cannot be accomodated for a gluten-free diet.

Our kitchen is not set up to accomodate severe/life threatening food allergies especially with shellfish and gluten.

If you have any allergy concerns, please let us know while making your reservation.

As of April 5th 2023, WE NO LONGER ACCEPT TO GO ORDERS FOR SAME DAY PICK UP. If you would like to take out, please call us a DAY BEFORE of your request day. We will inform you for pick up time.

We will not accept large orders/catering for take out. Please call us for inquiry.

Hiroyoshi History

Sushi Chef Hiro-san has extensive knowledge working with fish and various raw ingredients. He is classically trained in Japan and has been artfully creating tasting menus since. His career spans 18+ years both in Japan and here he in the States. Hiro and his wife have been in the USA since 2005. Together they have lived across the country from NC to NV.
